Cracking your joints doesn’t cause arthritis

Cracking one’s joints, especially ones knuckles, has long been covered in doubt. Over the years, most people believed that doing so was bad for one’s fingers as it lead to arthritis, while others said that it was merely a harmless action. Recently however, this debate has been put to bed as several studies have shown that cracking one’s joints is indeed a harmless action, not likely to have any long-lasting or harmful consequences.
